Pathways provides comprehensive training and supervision to individuals throughout Southern New England who are interested in obtaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.

The Registered Behavior Technician is a paraprofessional that is responsible for providing behavior analytic services, and who practices under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA or a BCaBA. RBTs are better trained, more qualified, and more reputable than paraprofessionals without the credential. The RBT credential requires applicants meet minimum age and education standards, obtain 40 hours of acceptable training, successfully complete a competency assessment, and a criminal background check.
