The holiday season, while joyful, can present unique challenges for families living with autism. At the Trudeau Center, we understand that the changes in routine, sensory experiences, and social demands during this time can be overwhelming.

Caring for a loved one with autism requires a special kind of strength, patience, and resilience. The spectrum nature of autism means that each individual’s needs can be vastly different, requiring caregivers to be adaptable, creative, and constantly learning.
